At BuildDirect, I've lead a number of redesigns for key marketplace pages. These include the product detail page (70% of traffic), feedback form pages, and internal dashboards. Many of these required full UX assessments, analysis of usage data, user-testing, wireframing, prototyping, and UI design. Accomplishments include an 11% boost on product > cart conversion on the product display page and 15% increase of form completion rate on the feedback form.

I conducted 30+ hours of research with members of the target market, produced a report on their pain points, identified a cast of personas, analyzed competitors, collaborated on the UX, and produced visual designs.
This tablet app was designed to illustrate the effect of industry on the air quality of urban centres in the Middle East. Our team worked closely with Total's environmental science dept to enable presenters to tweak hundreds of combinations of human and natural factors. The simulation is based on thousands of data points supplied by Total. Sensors are placed at intervals along the city grid to report surrounding air quality. A second app was written to enter and manipulate the input data. Written in Flash AS3 & Flex framework.
